Rex Ribelin is a seasoned precision rifle shooter, long-range competitor, and firearms industry professional with more than 15 years of experience behind the rifle.

His competitive shooting roots began in college, where he shot Olympic bullseye pistol and rifle events - an early foundation in marksmanship, discipline, and shot execution. That exposure sparked a lasting obsession with precision, eventually drawing him into long-range and precision rifle shooting, where he has competed across multiple match formats over the last decade and a half.

Alongside his competitive background, Rex brings over 10 years of experience in weapons engineering, with hands-on involvement in firearm, suppressor, and accessory design, testing, and validation. This technical background gives him a deep, practical understanding of ballistics, mechanical systems, recoil management, and the real-world tradeoffs between theory and performance, both on the range and in the field.

Rex has also spent years producing media and technical content within the firearms industry, combining his engineering mindset and competitive shooting experience to communicate complex concepts clearly and honestly. His work spans video production, product education, brand storytelling, and long-form technical content, all focused on helping shooters understand why things work, not just what to buy.
